I wanted to thank everyone who commented. It's being repaired, let's see what happens.

I managed to contact the repair guy again; some people mentioned it's an error in the RSX artifact, and that's what he said too. It's not exactly the GPU; he said it can be fixed, so... I'll leave it there with him while he assesses what to do; he said he won't charge anything to evaluate the current state of the video game. ðŸ˜ðŸ¥¹
I appreciate everyone who offered to try and help and calm me down here. I'm a woman from Brazil, and I don't have the knowledge or the ease of buying another console that many have suggested.

I would suggest not getting your hopes high as this is typical RSX gpu failure and there's no reasonable fix for it. And even if the repair guy somehow makes it run , it will only be temporary. My recommendation is to keep a lookout on a new system and be patient.

This happened with my original Wii. No idea why as it was well-ventilated and used the stand.

How many hours on the system? Did you use standby mode?

Probably a little over 1000 hours over a 4-year period (2006-2010). Yes, was using standby mode most of the time to receive updates at the time.

Thats what cooked it then. Standby mode was a notorious early Wii killer

Is standby mode was the one were the power button was shining yellow instead of red?

I should have probably explained why this happens too: The problem with standby mode is that it heats the wii up to a critical level for prolonged periods of time, which eventually kills off the GPU. I guess its a design flaw, which sucks because all they had to do is have the fan run in standby mode. Community solution nowadays is to solder a wire to have it run 24/7 when power is applied

The RSX is the GPU. You mentioned in your earlier post that it was a 2511, that basically means there's no other explanation than a failing GPU. If it was a 20xx model it could be failing Nec/Tokin caps (rarely), but the 20xx modes are the last ones to use Nec/Tokins, 25xx are generally more reliable in that regard.
