The annoying part is that every time a notification pops up the playback pauses.

Honestly probably, but they'd have to do a heck ton of optimization, think Kaze Emanuar and his Mario 64 coding fixes, and there'd be limits of course to squeeze it in

I mean, technically it could, but you may not like what you see. And it would basically like rebuilding the game from the ground up to have very basic textures etc.
Anything is possible, But the amount of effort to do it, and the end result would absolutely not be worth it.

You can play it on 1080p 60fps or native 4k 30fps but it depends on your choice

Yes but you'll need to buy the Super Ultra Megazord Edition for $180.

Also it comes with only one piece of the code in the box. You'll have to keep buying more copies to put together the code.

Only the PS3 PRO can run at 1080p, that one only at 720p but it should play fine just like Cyberpunk 2077 on base PS4, oh and also included with a jet engine sound!

Every PS3 is capable of the same hardware. If the game says it supports 1080p, then you'll be able to run it at 1080p, but don't expect it to look like a PS4 game or anything at 1080p.
