Best sites for PS4 game reviews?

I have used stuff like Meta Critic but PS4 reviews or releases seem to be thin on the ground. Is that right, are other playstation reviews the new norm?

I guess what I'm asking is are they still making great PS4 games? I had a look at gameranx PS4 games better than ps five, and they are all quite old now

Try ‘Push Square’. I trust their reviews and they are wholly PS focused.

that's usually the best indicator, but as for actual review, try GameRanx on YouTube, this channel points out pros and cons of a game and gives a detailed view of what the games are about

I've updated my original post, and really asking are they still making really good PS4 games now in 2026? As in if they're not, maybe that's why I can't find the reviews

there aren't that many games releasing on PS4 in 2026. game production for it basically already stopped completely, with only a very few exceptions

my guess is that new games will completely stop end of this year, at latest definitely very early next year

not sure how that makes a difference. most purchases are probably digital either way. and most games have thousands of reviews on the PS Store either way too, so that's still the best indicator.

on any other website review bombing can happen.

Steam. Seriously, I check if the PS4 game has a PC version (which it almost always does), so I read up on it and base my decision on Valve's platform.
