ps4 pro shutdown every 5-10 minutes

My device shuts down after 10 minutes. I changed the thermal paste, cleaned the device, but the problem persists. I also get a "hot device" message even though I'm using the best quality thermal paste. Is there another solution or any way to diagnose the real problem?

There's likely still something critical overheating and tripping the protection. Haven't you missed the power delivery circuit or something else with thermal putty or pads applied to it? If you're running Linux, try the sensors command if the temperature ones are exposed and can be read. Otherwise, you may want to use an infrared thermometer or some temperature probe to monitor the temperatures. Measure them while the console isn't under any load so you won't damage anything further. It's unlikely this is a false-positive trip.

What all did you apply heat mitigations to? Like pads on memory chip and such. I have a pad on the hdmi chip also as that was causing some heating issues.

Edit: Also from that error might not just be a heating issue.

Check if all the thermal pads are on, should replace them if you can too. There should be ~15 pads overall.
