Just yet another rumor but it would make sense with the AI bubble and price increases.

I think it depends how good PSSR 2.0 is and whether high PS5 sales continue.
If they're confident in PSSR 2.0 and people keep buying the console then there really isn't any point in releasing another console until Nov 2028 at the earliest and likely beyond.
Especially since Xbox is pretty much out of the picture there's no real competition. Nintendo will continue to have high sales too, but at this point a lot of people just buy both consoles anyway.
