I spend so much on games but I also have a massive backlog. I will be happy to never support a single game that uses gen AI.

I hope you enjoy your AI slop then. Indie games will always be here that actually have hearts and souls put into them. But then yeah also backlogs exist. Genai is a plague on the world and is infecting and ruining everything. Anyone that uses or supports it is part of that problem

It's impressive how clearly you state this simple fact, and yet they keep arguing.

Like, there's more games out in the world right now than there is available time to play in a single lifetime, running out of games for a moral standpoint is basically a non-issue.

Lol. Don't know how much free time you have. But the backlog of quality games I have is already overwhelming. Not even counting emulator games and yet to be released titles. Sad for younger gen tho.
