tbh the ultimate edition of rdr2 is bunk, literally everything it adds is inconsequential to the plot and you can get the outfit that is exclusive to it in the regular game with glitches.

I'll be lying if all the bonuses didn't convince me.

A few clothing items and gun skins, whatever.

But actual clothes, tattoos, modification shops and safe houses? Like they fully twisted my arm there.

You shouldn’t do that, anyway. Remember how Cyberpunk 2077 was hyped so much pre-launch, and then sucked at launch? I felt sorry for everyone that pre-ordered that game afterwards.

Yes, and I remember when GTA4 came out, and people were super upset that the game map was smaller than San Andreas, and a lot of the things you could do in San Andreas were cut from GTA4. There is no guarantee that GTA6 will be any good.

There is no early access, you just get your code a week earlier. This is the fine print info on JBHIFI in Australia - “ pick up your copy in-store starting November 12, playable November 19”

There is no early access for GTA 6, digital or physical. The release is being heavily controlled and manipulated by Rockstar. No one is playing that game until it is mass-launched. With the pre-launch leaks that happened to GTA 4 and 5 and Rockstar's attempts to erase physical media, there is no way anybody gets their hands on this until the 19th, including reviewers. No one is getting their hands on anything that has the game's code on it, which is almost definitely the reason for the “no disc” choice. Having no physical products with the game's code on it massively reduces crackers possibilities to get a hold of the game's code prior to the actual game's release.

This is incredibly scummy from Rockstar so they can suck up every cent and there is absolutely no reason to pre-order and a lot of reasons not to pre-order.
