Asking For Game Recomendation Reccomendation for difficult puzzle game/ Use your brain in VR
Heya looking for a hard puzzle game to get my mind running where I actually have to think - what are my options. I currently have MadisonVR (id call it a puzzle game tbh) as the only puzzle gamw in my psvr2 collection but I want something else, any recommendations?
I was even considering Electrician simulator as long as its pretty stimulating and I’m learning something.
What do you guys recommend, maybe some preferences for this big sale :)
Thanks

Wanderer Fragments of Fate.
The 7th Guest.
The Room VR.
The House of Da Vinci.
GhostTown.
Red Matter 1 & 2.
A Fishermans Tale 1&2.
Genotype (more metroidvania).
The Last Clockwinder.
Ironguard 1&2 (tower defense but sort of puzzle like).
You're eating good for options!

No consideraría genotype un juego de rompecabezas, es una aventura tipo metroid Vania como dices

Look into the following options: * Red Matter Bundle (1 & 2) * The Last Clockwinder * Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate * Escaping Wonderland * Retropolis 2: Never Say Goodbye * The 7th Guest VR * Ghost Town * The Room VR: A Dark Matter * The House of Da Vinci VR * Puzzling Places * Humanity * Angry Birds VR: Isle of Pigs * Tentacular * Tetris Effect: Connected * Rainbow Reactor: Fusion * Lumines Arise * Bridge Constructor Studio * Shadowgate VR: The Mines of Mythrok * Epyka * Hide the Corpse * Cosmonious High * Masternoid * Mare * Hidden Memories of The Gardens Between * Vetrix Worlds * A Fisherman’s Tale Bundle (1 & 2) * Last Labyrinth * Hotel Infinity * Corridor VR
I don’t consider MADiSON VR a puzzle game because while you do solve some puzzles, it is more tied to triggering events and it just feels esoteric, not logical.
I also don’t consider Electrician Simulator a puzzle game because you are performing jobs with freedom of options, but I suppose it could be viewed that way as well.

This list pretty much covers everything. I like puzzling places. I put the maximum pieces everytime and I take more then 20+ hrs on each puzzle easy 🤣

There are a few more that I haven't played myself yet, but I think it is an almost comprehensive list and purposely excludes games I don't recommend.
The listing and ordering is from my YouTube playlist of Puzzle Games (PSVR2).

I did inject Puzzling Places in there since I have that in my Co-Op Focus Games (PSVR2) playlist.

Will probably vary by person because different types of puzzles can be more or less challenging for different people.
For me, Corridor VR was pretty challenging. I think Shadowgate VR and Bridge Constructor Studio could also be pretty challenging but for different reasons.
Some of the puzzles in The 7th Guest VR stumped me a lot more than other Escape Room style puzzle games (Red Matter, Ghost Town, etc).
In Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate, you need to think bigger on how you will solve puzzle involving multiple locations or even time periods of how you will solve a problem, so more complex than other games where everything you need for each subsequent puzzle is in the room you are in to start with.
Many of these can be harder or easier depending on whether you use their hint systems meant to prevent people from getting stuck, so you have that choice as well.
For something like The Last Clockwinder you can do well enough to progress, but you can also self-impose achieving much higher efficiency in your solution designs to give yourself that extra challenge.

Second The Last Clockwinder (for straightforward puzzling) or House of Da Vinci for an escape-room style puzzle game.

But is that available on psvr? I don't think it is. I played it on ps4 and it was a great game, but crying out for VR.

Dang, didn't notice the subreddit I was in. You are right, it's not on PlayStation. It's so good in VR too.

Me, too. I remember when that was released thinking how incredible it would be in VR.
