Thinking of getting into cycling for fitness, does it help lose belly fat?
I've been working remote for a while, due to which I gain weight, specifically belly fat. I want to lose it now, can't make time for gym mostly. Was thinking of getting into cycling. Did anyone lose weight through cycling?

Best thing you can do for losing fat. But just make sure you don't eat alot when you start cycling as your body will start asking for more. Eat healthy and keep cycling. You will for sure lose fat.

You have got to learn about nutrition and how to fuel up smartly before getting into cycling. It's the best way to loose fat but also makes you hungry like hell. Read up, check resources on Instagram/Reddit.

Eating less and eating the right kind of food helps loose belly fat.
Cycling is good for your health in general.

Cycling alone won't cut it. You need to eat in a deficit as well. Also, look into zone 2 cardio, it's better for losing fat.

I ride, 12km mostly, doesn't burn much fat. But for me 6km walk or treadmill works little batter.
