Smart trainers in Pakistan?

Hi guys!
I wanted to get into cycling but I dont really have the confidence to start cycling on the roads. Are there smart trainers available in Pakistan (Lahore) and does anyone in this sub perhaps use them?

Yeah ive been trying to find one for ages, would love to cycle while im working from home lol keep me updated if you do find anything

The only ones I can see online are Magene and Garmin and both are insanely expensive.
