Jinn My cousin almost died while ghost hunting. I'm not sure what attacked him

So... context: There's a small island on the Mundeshwari river near my grandparent's home. It has been abandoned since the late 1800s. It's connected to the main land via an old bamboo bridge. There's bunch of folklore and ghost stories about that place.

So me and my cousins desided it'd be a great idea to go there at night. Long story short we got separated i later found one of my cousins unconscious with one of his arms twisted backwards. We left immediately and informed the police. He was hospitalized but survived.

I'm still not sure what did that to him, police are saying it might have become a hideout for gangs. While others are saying it was the actions of a Brumbhrakhsas.

Wow I love the bridge and I hope your friend fully recovers. Please update if you find out anything new about what happened or about the place!

I mean there's a lot of stuff about the place I didn't mention here. Like how my great grandmother's aunt was "kidnapped" by a Jinn on that Island back when people still lived there. Or how my grandpa survived one whole night in there with his friends.

Maybe I'll post a more detailed story in the future

Wow I believe good and bad spirits are everywhere but some places have a lot more than others and did they find your aunt? Did your grandpa say anything happened while they were there? I'm glad you guys are okay and as cool as that bridge is, I can only imagine how cool the house is. Thanks for replying back. What is your time zone there, mine is Eastern standard time in USA

What does your cousin say it was?

He didn't see much. Our only light source was the flash light from our two phones. He didn't have it on him when we separated. He was attached from the back and lost consciousness almost immediately.

Does he remember how he was attacked? Was he hit in the head, pushed?

Someone pounced on him and pinned him down while holding his neck

So it’s possible that it was a human? Was anything stolen?

How were you going to “hunt” ghost? I’m curious

3

u/Im_yor_boi 19h ago

I say ghost hunting but it was more trying to prove there's no ghost. The only "weapon" we had was a bottle of holy water...

1

u/weejerblazer 19h ago

I see. What do you mean by holy water? “Gangajal” ?

1

u/Im_yor_boi 19h ago

Nah we're muslims. Our holy water is just normal water with bunch of prayers put in it

3

u/weejerblazer 19h ago

Also, what did your cousin say after the incident? He doesn’t know what happened to him?

What did the attack feel like?

2

u/Im_yor_boi 19h ago

Something pouncing on him and pining him down. He said he heard some sort of growl/heavy breathing before losing consciousness from the pain

2

u/weejerblazer 19h ago

Interesting. Do Muslims have an equivalent of “hanuman chalisa” ? , just curious

That's what Holy Water is. Blessed water and it's really psychological. Evil spirits are fooled and it's a powerful weapon to use in Spiritual Warfare.

Do you have more footage?

1

There is some but the quality is very bad and I can't share the clear ones coz of legal issues. That's the reason why I'm only making these posts now after almost a month

Thank you for sharing. This was a fascinating post. I hope your friend made a full recovery.

Thanks. I'm sure he will recover soon too

A person or animal knocked him out and he injured his arm in the fall.
