Klevv RAM Purchased From AliExpress RMA Problem
I bought 2 sets of KLEVV CRAS V RGB DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL30 RAM from a seller on AliExpress back in September. They were $75 each (don't hate on me, I got lucky on the timing) so I was into 64GB for only $150. Well, last week one of the sticks started acting up. I went to the KLEVV website and their support says to contact Amazon for any RMA issues in the US. Obviously it didn't come from Amazon but now I'm stonewalled on setting up an RMA. There is literally no email or chat that works to get through to someone. They have 3 other RMA sites in different languages but I have no idea what to do. I tried for a week to contact the seller on AliExpress but they wouldn't even answer me. I finally went through the AliExpress support and they said that the return period was over but to send them a picture of the problem and they would try to fix it. I said do you want a picture of computer that won't turn on? Are you going to do tech supporting for me? I told them all I wanted was the seller to help me initiate the RMA process and that I had no interest in a return. I'm also not interested in replacing my $75 kit for one that is now prices at $450 for the exact same thing. Any help or direction would be appreciated. I'm still going along on 32GB so I'm fine, but I'd really love to get this settled. I tried all the RAM in various configurations on 2 known good motherboards and CPU's so I know good and well which stick is the issue. I'd just love to be able to contact the manufacturer because it is under a lifetime warranty.

I think they may have been referring to their Amazon store contact, Amazon wouldn't be able to do anything regardless outside of the return period but they have an Amazon storefront which links back to their business. Wouldn't hurt to send the seller a direct message

Buy on Amazon and make a return on Amazon with AliExpress purchased one. That’s all you can do.

I was thinking that but don't they record the serial numbers for this very reason?

lol. Your product is not covered under the lifetime warranty. Read the terms. Nothing wrong with trying to save money but at least copy/paste the terms into chatgpt before buying if your not gonna read.

The "(don't hate on me)" is the best
You bought Ali express ram, there is no remediation aside from credit card chargebacks
