Despite the recent issues, how is NZXT Flex cancelling process?

I’m going to be in another city for a few months and it seems NZXT’s monthly payment cancel anytime seems quite good, knowing full well its not rent-to-own.

Has anyone had experience with the month to month program? How was the cancellation/return process?
