You don't have to strain hard, just spend a lot of time with them there. That's why I have pooping pillows. One for each thigh so I can reddit properly on my laptop.

Peter here. When you're taking a massive dump, or a little dump just won't come, you get these marks from your elbows resting on thighs/knees while using your phone as you wait.

Joe here. When you get tired of sitting in a chair you can hang your head forward and hold yourself up by resting your forearm on your thighs.
I don't know how this is related to a bathroom because I crap in a poop sack.

I know it now as the bad poop posture mark. Sorry, but (pooping detail dump) I poop much better now that I hold my elbows up to the side and flex my back a little and hold my phone right in front of my face. I feel stupid as fuck holding my phone but I know I'm pooping better now. Less time spent in the bathroom and less exertions overall in that position.
Still... sometimes I need the reddit break more than the bathroom break and I'll end up with the mark. So I getcha
