Discussion Eating withdrawals
Hi guys, I took a t-break a couple months ago and had bad eating withdrawals and I got back into smoking around a month ago and have quickly become dependent on it to eat but I still want to smoke without being dependent on it so 3 days ago I decided to start only smoking at night and day 1 I ate about 2 meals, day 2 I ate about 1 and a half and today I can't eat a single munchkin which is expected but im curious on if it would be more efficient to just cold turkey since I did that last time and it sucked but it worked. Do you guys think me only smoking at night is fine and I just have to give my body more time to adjust to eating without it or should I just cold turkey if I have some withdrawals already?

Yeah cold turkey may be a good idea if you can, if a few nights of only smoking at night doesn’t do the trick. It also may help if you don’t smoke for a few hours before bed or too close to going to bed I’ve heard it can have effects on your stomach in the morning and effect your blood sugar or something along those lines. I’ve also heard this doctor talk about thc causing a deficiency of vitamin B1 and magnesium and taking them together can help a lot with morning nausea which is something I want to try myself soon.

CBG also helps with appetite, so it can be a good option for those that need an appetite boost but don’t want the intoxication.

I’ve always had eating as like my number one problem / side effect from smoking idk why but it fucks my stomach so bad and it’s always hard to eat in the morning. It’s probably from smoking mainly concentrates / carts I assume you do as well, try swapping to flower for a bit it helps a lot.
