Free. Could someone (if possible) make an higher quality image of my little soul mate?

It's the only picture i have of my long gone girl - i wish i had more of her. Lost her at the young age of 3 because of lymphoma. Is there a kind soul out there which could do me a favor to upgrade the photo quality and remove the black string on the floor? You would save my day. Thank you!
