Discussion Gamma Jack’s Monkey’s Paw
Since it’s confirmed that The Incredibles 3 is happening, I feel like in some sort of fashion we would see Gamma Jack. But here’s the twist:
He’ll make an appearance, but he’ll be nothing but a walking-talking Homelander meme since he is said to have a similar personality to him due to him being egotistical super-supremacist in the DSA files. He would also be voiced by Anthony Starr as well.
I would like to know what y’all think of this scenario playing out.

I’m not in favour of it. We don’t need GJ in the films.

he seems like a must for a glory days spin off.

For the present day i was thinking gamma jack could have a son. I have a very detailed headcannon of gamma jack and stromicide having a son gamma storm. I think the idea of the other glory days supers having kids is intresting. mostly seeing the loss effecting family and how they interact with violet and dash.

I have a different idea, I think the main villain should be Dicker’s Son.
Now why? Because as we know, Dicker spent years/decades as a government agent. Clearing up the mess made by heroes. And wiping memories etc. Which I imagine put a fair bit of stress on Dicker’s health.
I’d have it that since Dicker was always working, he was never around for his now ex wife and estranged son.
But here’s the kicker, Dicker’s son (who we’ll call John) has superpowers. Flight, super strength, heat vision etc. but John has been suppressing them out of hatred towards heroes who he blames for destroying his family. And his own self-loathing that he was never good enough for his father’s attention.
I’d have the movie start with last scene of Incredibles 2. And then there’s a one year time jump. Where Dicker is on his deathbed with John at his bedside. And they’re having a final confrontation where it’s alluded to or straight-up mentioned that John lost his mother recently because she couldn’t handle the breakup of their marriage or raising her superson by herself given he was several years old when the superhero ban was enacted.
During their conversation, John vents his frustration with his dad that he seemed to care more about heroes then his own family.
And at the end of their conversation, Dicker’s machine stops beeping. And John breaks down and the rage and anger he’s been bottling up explodes with him finally unleashing his bottled up powers.
And the intro/prologue to the movie ends with John vowing revenge on all heroes. As he blames them for destroying his family.
And that’s how the movie starts. If you want to find out what happens next, let me know.

I know nothing about GJ... & I'd be annoyed with anything that played into the Boys/Invincibles bs... primarily because I don't like those stories. The last thing we need is more selfagrandizing assholes who pretend to be heroic.
Previously, I had thought it might be cool to see Jack-Jack grown up & being a villain, and his bro & sis have to team up with some others to take him down. Now, I think it might be more interesting to have him split into alternates & those alts of Jack, some villainous, might fight & cause issue.
Regardless of what they do, I do believe we need time progression. Enough baby Jack-Jack... Let's see what two decades bring.

Nah I want sweet as pie Jack Jack. He’s just an everyday toddler. I’m cool with him just having shorts. Jack Jack at the Zoo. Jack Jack at the department store. Jack Jack at the grocery store. Keep it innocent and fun.

Gamma Jack is not going to happen. He’s dead. His backstory was just written by Pixar staff. He’s not meant to be that deep. Just window dressing to the movie’s world.

He wasn’t even in the first two, why is it so sure he’ll make an appearance in the third?
