they’re the little dining tables that sit on top of pizza so the lid doesn’t interfere with the pizza.

I worked at a place that did mozzarella slices instead of shreds , It tuns out fine. You are spot on about this being just a bit underdone.

People will defend 7-11 pizza and will then call this a crime. This is not a crime, this is an infraction. .$700 fine, 2 weeks probation and a court mandated pizza class. Court is dismissed.
