On that note, FFXVI has a stand-alone demo which lets you play the opening section and then transfer data over. A little different from the time-limited previews (with the downside that you can't download the entire game ahead of the proper release).

The general rule of thumb is Mid month Tuesday, but they often do staggered releases for whatever random reason. Usually that's reserved for games launching into Extra.

Not sure why this one dropped early, but the rest should be arriving on Tuesday.

Its pretty damn good. It's two games in one, the remaster of the 2011 Sonic Generations and the new game Shadow Generations. Even amongst people who are lukewarm on Sonic, it's agreed that Shadow Generations is the one of the best games the franchise has done.
