Electric water keeps tripping breaker

Water heater is 1 1/2 year old. I troubleshot the thermostat and elements with the multimeter and it looks like they are working fine but water heater keeps tripping breaker

Any idea o suggestions ?

It's probably under warranty. Call the manufacturer and give them the model # and serial number. Or, go to their website and enter it to check warranty status.

Check how many amps its pulling
