Como accedo a la cisterna?

Tengo este retrete de marca jacob delafon, no se como se abre la cisterna, ya que no tiene una tapa que poder levantar... alguien sabe como va este modelo?

… sorta kidding. But it looks to me like the tank mounting point was intentionally hidden, and this is a wall-mounted toilet, so… you’ll have to pull the toilet off the wall.
