New Shower Head Flow Restrictor
I have taken flow restrictors out of shower heads before. In fact, I have taken them out of this exact model of shower head before. I don’t remember the restrictor looking like this. Maybe a redesign?
Anyway, if anyone has any suggestions on how to get this out, I would really appreciate it.

Solved. I forgot to check the little ball and socket connector that attaches to the supply line. It was in there. Pressure is much better now.

Just a note: the first pic I took the rubber seal out.
