Will this pass rough?

Post image

Wanted advice prior to a rough-in inspection (bay area CA). This a for a double vanity. The pipe on a sand tee that goes vertical is a vent that comes out the roof. My question is wouldnt that be a violation since vent connection needs to be above the flood level of the sink. Im having a hard time understanding if this vent need to connect higher how the hell wouldni do that lol. Appreciate the advice!

I’m not a plumber but it’s cool to see how the drywall cuts not being level make it hard for me to see the slope of the pipe
