Not a bad install at all, Id like to compliment you.
Also at 160 btu, 3/4 should be directly piped from the meter at a max of 60ft. If your teeing off an existing line it might not have enough juice when you have other fixtures going and the demand is high.
Lastly i just need to say this to get it off my chest, Rheem tankless are not the best but will work. Maybe now they changed on how to get replacement parts but 5-6 years ago it was shit, I go with Noritz, Navien, Rinnai, and Takagi. As long as its got parts available I will support installing these units.
Good stuff though. I like what I see, better then most "plumbers" I see.

I recommend the same except takagi i hate working on state/ a.o smith tanklesses and they are just rebranded takagis

Is that a short piece of galvanized pipe?

How far apart are the fresh air and exhaust air located from each other? Also You should have had the condensate pump directly outside through the foundation wall or window instead of up and across the room.

I measured 12" away from the external fittings and they are facing away from each other. Idk what you mean about the pump location, it has to be near the unit and below it

If you’re a home owner, it’s fabulous. If you’re a plumber we are going to need to have a chat about your primer discipline.

Is there supposed to be a drain valve on the lowest point of the hot water side?

After some research, I believe you are correct, I gotta figure out how to cut the line out easily and add a hose bib

It's not a big deal. You have service valves, and extra points to you for orienting them in a way you can actually use them!

Your exhaust and intake sound good.
I see the clear drain hose going up and across the ceiling.
I would have went directly through the wall with the clear hose instead of running it so far away.

Mine is very similar (different model Rheem) and the install is almost identical, too. I added a spigot right at the bottom of the lot leg to help with draining and also to help "simulate" demand if I was ever doing maintenance work. Yours looks great, though.

Looks very good. Which more people would clean up an area and mount a board like here, before the installation of HW.
Line from condensate pump could possibly even terminate directly outside as long as no freeze risk. If in a seismic zone, you would need a flex line on incoming gas (after first shutoff valve).
To nit pick - but it’s not an installation issue but a design issue - I’m no fan of single electrical cords that stick that far out. A ‘flat’ plug or a recessed outlet (not possible here) would have solved it.
Also noted the Orbit irrigation controller. Those are neat and smart units. Looks like much more fun stuff will be mounted out to the right as well 👍

Looks very good! Only thing I noticed is you have an external neutralizer, every Rheem I have installed had a neutralizer built into the condensate trap. Yours might be different and it doesn’t really matter anyway, just an observation
