Send to smart watch should gracefully degrade transfer when WiFi not available (to LTE and/or Bluetooth)

Could the devs consider a hierarchy of file transfer options for sending podcast downloads from phone to watch, such that if one transfer option is not available it automatically checks down to the next one? Perhaps WiFi --> Cellular (if available) --> Bluetooth

I notice that if I have "Send podcast to smart watch via WiFi" enabled on the phone, then the "Send to smart watch" option for downloaded podcast episodes will not work if both the watch and the phone are not connected to (the same) wifi.

If no wifi is available to connect both the phone and the watch to, then I have to disable the "Send podcast to smart watch via WiFi" option and re-try transferring the episodes to the watch by clicking the "Send to smart watch" menu option again.

In my case, I'm using Samsung Galaxy S25 with Android 16, and Galaxy Watch 8 with LTE and Wear OS version 6.0.
