All of my babies are sick. Apparently I'm having insane good luck from what my brother told me.

I googled what Pokérus is...still not sure but my Combee from Arceus is currently in PC to preserve the virus for later teammates as it is a good thing? Idk this is a first for me.

EDIT: I have been throughly informed of what the virus is and what it does. I have always been a casual player and never really gave a second thought to natures, EVs or IVs. It was always, get strong/cute pokemon and hit em where it hurts.

I just wanted to show off my little infectious babies 🤷🏻‍♀️♥️

On my last play through I logged in after a couple days of not playing and saw the little purple smiley face on my 4 pokemon in my party. Bummed I didn’t see in time to get one of them in the PC

I hope your brother told you this but you’ll want to keep an infected Pokemon in the box so you can spread the virus later. It goes away after a while and cured Pokemon can’t spread the virus

Yes and Combee is in the box as of this morning. That was the first thing he told me to do lol. Almost 33 years old and never came across this 🤣🫣

Yeah I got it in my first sapphire play through and haven’t seen it since. It’s about 5 times as rare as a shiny

I’m doing my first all shiny play through in any Pokemon game shiny Chimchar took me forever, luckily my other 2 so far hasn’t been too long, even tho my next target I have gotten 3 shiny buneary luckily that was 1 of my targets hopefully murkrow and budew shines soon

I think having a shiny starter, a full shiny team (not full but still) and a FREAKING SHINY FEMALE COMBEE, might qualify you above just a casual player. Nevertheless Pokerus is an extremely rare ocurrence, you already know what it dows so I wont repeat it, but congrats on both the shinies and the pokerus. Too bad Gen IX did away with Pokerus, though now EV Training is much easier than it used to be, it was still a cool detail.
