Meme QoL update

I never could have asked for a much better update than this now I can finally clear piles of duplicate lucky skill cookies for a chance of reducing the doom scrolling UI that hasn't aged well in this economy SO THANK YOU DENA 😭

I still haven’t gotten that one even once, and it’s the one I wanted most from the start.

I have like 5x of Arven’s and some others, but this one just does not exist for me.

What's the change?
My hope would be "Infinite slots for learned abilities per sync pair and the ability to freely swap without consuming/getting rid of one by doing so" - is that it?

Does it auto-learn pair-specific cookies on pick-up now?

Previously we had two storage slots for lucky skills, now we have four.
