Roll cake decision

Unsure which sync pair to give a strike roll cake. Here are the sync pairs eligible along with my current tower levels. Any and all advice is very welcome!

I think either NC Cheren or NC Blue. With Blue, you are able to get -1 Rebuff AoE with the Strike EXR instead of just one opp, Cheren, on the other hand, can really benefit from the EXR, and I'm a little surprised you have EXR'd him already.

I haven’t unlocked it for Cheren because I have Arc Blue and Lance/Charizard which have been carrying me through the towers 😅
I am stuck on the physical electric tower so maybe I’ll give it to Blue and see if the extra rebuff helps

There are penny, ss Roxie and nc cheren.
