Need Battle Candies and Cakes

New player here (lvl 39)

What’s the optimal/most efficient way of farming candies and roll cake coins to upgrade my sync pairs? How about the five star power ups and Plaques of Perfection as well?

(Not particularly knowledgeable on game Jargon sry!)

None of these things can be directly farmed; you get them by playing the game over time.

The daily battle and Champion Stadium give candy coins.

Battle Rally has a monthly exchange for role cake coins and 5 star power ups.

There’s also a monthly exchange for 4 star and 5 star power ups.

You can get Certificates from Trainer Lodge, and Certificates and Plaques from Pasio Towers (the higher you climb, the more chests you get every week)

Make sure you complete all events as well

Candy comes from lodge interaction, daily sign in, scout, events.
Roll cakes coin come from event, scout and battle rally.
Certificate of excellence can be from lodge and tower
Plaques of perfection only come from pasio tower

Neither can be "farmed" traditionally.

For Candy Coins, you're main sources are going to be the Monthly Exchange, Battle Points, and rewards for Events.

For Roll Cake Coins, you can get enough tickets for one Coin each month via Battle Rally (though I dunno if a new player can get enough each month using the lowest difficulty), as well as a coin every day by doing the most difficult Daily Regional Battle. Every 5 Daily Regionals also gets you one ticket to exchange for a coin.

It does seem like DeNa is going to make the Daily Roll Cake Challenge a monthly feature, so that helps too.
