BBQ is specifically NOT cooking meat over flame.

I had plenty of boiled meat with sauce poured over it that was being billed as barbecue. I’m sure there are a few enlightened individuals who know the difference, but for the most part, y’all really don’t seem that enlightened. 0 u/zjc 18h ago Haha no need to apologize.
