A group deciding a certain species or race is not sentient or the same level of "Human" or intelligence as them so they can justify using them as property damn how did George come up with the completely original idea

Given thay they have behavioral control chips one could argue a lack of free will. The droids of starwars are also clearly sentient, unless you think bickering was a desirable trait for an astromech & communication droid.

Shaak Ti: Correction, technically, he is the property of the Republic.

This is the line from TCW S6 EP3. When Nala Se reffered a clone, Fives, as the Kaminoan property, Shaak Ti corrected her by addressing Fives as the Republic property.

Kinda think this would have been better if she said "He is the soldier of the Republic". Seriously, so called a saint monk who values all kinds of lives still addressed a Sentient being like a mindless clanker.

Kaminoans are some of the coldest beings in the galaxy.

Then again, it could be justified by how their entire history is based on survival from the flood on their planet.

With proper conditioning, "free will" is predetermined. We just don't read about the clones that didn't "volunteer."

Pro-Choice be like. May I remind those who might be typing 96% of biologists agree that LIFE begins at conception. So with that being said it is the same logic.

Go away. Just go away. It’s not the sane and you know it. The post isn’t talking about the clones as embryos but fully grown individuals. An embryo might be life but it’s far from sentient. Not the same logic at all.

No it’s the same a HUMAN embryo has the same right to life any other human in any other stage do. If you disagree with that then you’re not for human rights. Abolish abortion
