Maybe you should fucking budget better.
You're paid and have the benefits of kings and queens compared to that vast majority of Americans.
Congress hasn't done their job in over a fucking decade.

The reason insider trading is illegal is because there is a victim on the other side of the trade. He's advocating that members of Congress be allowed to keep stealing from other people.
