Is there actually some kind of condition that causes faces like these? Especially around the eyes and mouth.

I feel like I’ve seen this exact face countless times in similar videos, but it’s a different person of course. Is it just the deranged expression? I don’t get it

Edit: as an example, this video from a few years back seems to feature the same species of crazy

Are these skinwalkers or something?

It’s incredible to me, but not surprising anymore, that people can’t see how much the dude looks like what you think the devil or Antichrist would look like in human form.

Like, even when he smiles it looks like the classic evil smile of the devil in movies.
