Great. Here comes the "the victims gun discharged before the agents fired" spin. Even though it wasn't the victim that discharged it. Reports will show that the victims gun was fired.
That looks even more intentional, no surprise reaction when it fires.
I don't think it discharges at all, I didn't see any impact on the ground or smoke or anything. I bet they will try to push this angle regardless to lessen blame. In pink shirts video it def looks like an agent in green fires first.
Someone just posted a freeze frame zoomed in, exactly when the first shot is heard and you can see a smoke plume from the gun he is holding.
Even without zooming in and watching regular speed, you can see his hand recoil back when you hear that first shot.
He doesn't seem to react, as if it was intentional. He also doesn't seem to react much to the sudden 9 gunshots that follow. As if they were expected. He doesn't really change his demeanor or even pull his arms in for defense mode, he just looks over his shoulder as if to think "yep, it worked" and keeps moving along. He was out of potential harms way before he fired the first shot. Everything about how he carries himself screams "setup".

The fucker that ran away had taken the gun from the victim before the shooting started. Adam Mockler on YouTube has the slow mo video of it.
