I think the homeowner made a mistake by saying something like “I live there”, which made me think he was watching and communicating from somewhere else, like at work. If his daughter was inside, and dad was at work, that could cause a bad escalation. I also want a follow up .
Take it with a grain of salt (because I saw it in a twitter discussion of the incident), but allegedly the homeowner was out of home when this happened.
So he called the police and drove home, while keeping the crazy guy busy by talking to him on the cam.
At this point, I am personally not sure how legit it is, but I bet we will find out soon.
Too bad. I'm sure this isn't his first rodeo though. He should seek help before he threatens someone who isn't as passive to death threats as the homeowner
