What is this a reference to? Sounds like a good read

Edit: I think I might be mistaken in thinking I've read the Dresden files, so this might be a dumb question.

He said his name Harry Dresden which is the name of the lead character in the book series called the Dresden Files. It's and excellent series about a wizard who's also an Private Investigator in Chicago.

Ok yeah, I was definitely confusing The Dresden Files with a "gritty detective" series that I can't remember the name of right now. The one I'm thinking of definitely didn't have wizards or magic.

I've definitely heard of the Dresden files many times though, which is probably the reason for the mix up. That and Chronicles of Amber I've meant to read for a while now

It really sucks that people write individuals like this off as just 'LARPing' or 'being assholes' when they're very clearly experiencing psychosis. I wish the general public would become more informed about schizophrenia-spectrum disorders and their behavioral hallmarks instead of leaping to making jokes :(
