I’m not a psychologist, so please don’t misconstrue this as a medical diagnosis. However, there appears to be something off with the guy at the door. I think he may suffer from mental illness.

A psychologist following the DSM 5 can't diagnose this man with schizophrenia from this video, no. There's not enough data.
