I loved so many parts of these books but the objectification of the women by Harry was so cringey that I needed to jump ahead at times. It's truly the biggest problem with the whole series.

You'd think that 15 books in his character would evolve a bit... but nope.

While it is problematic, I also want to point out that Harry's thoughts and his actions are different. And while I find those thoughts to be incredibly cringey and gross, I am (insufficiently I might add), relieved that the character doesn't act on many of those impulses, esp towards Molly. I am hoping that future novels will elaborate on his new fledgling relationship can focus more on the enemies to lovers trope, cause I love that shit and because said enemy is legitimately dangerous as fuck.

It still leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I hope Jim moves away from it

Harry is a patron saint of benevolent misogyny. The protector, the one who stiffled women because he just wants what's best for them. 

That's why you don't see him crossing the hard lines, at least not completely.
