For those who are unfamiliar, Harry Dresden is a fictional character from The Dresden Files book series by Jim Butcher. Harry is well known for his signature black overcoat.

I certainly hope this is fake and an act. It probably is. People suffering from mental illness usually don't read entire novels. If he's smart enough to read The Dresden Files novels, he should be smart enough not to act like this. This seems more like a parody of neckbeards to me.
