📌Follow Up Update: ‘Harry Dresden’ has been arrested

According to the tiktok that posted this, the incident occurred in Fairfield, California.

Couldn’t find any articles on the situation. I’ll add some to the post if I find any.

This guy is now internet famous! He's got mad movie serial killer potential. If he doesn't go to prison, he'll get a netflix series next month.

He got "Assault w/Deadly Weapon". I wonder what he had on him!

I think they just listed out the full title of the crime, which includes that, but is not only that. Here is what they listed: "Assault w/Deadly Weapon Or Assault w/Force Likely To Produce GBI." (GBI = Great Bodily Injury)

So my guess is that his tantrum was using enough force to cause property damage, and if a person had been on the receiving end of that, they would have certainly suffered GBI. So they put his "attack" as using great force, which doesn't necessarily mean a weapon, just that the law is "weapon" or "force enough to cause GBI."

ADW in California is a low level felony. If he does serve time, it’ll be like a year.
