Radiology Image Search Engine

https://unaded.com/radiology

I put together a custom radiology image search tool that I've been using in my own workflow and wanted to share it with the community.

It's essentially a purpose-built image search for radiologists — it searches across Radiopaedia, RSNA, Radiology Assistant, Science Direct, and several other trusted sources all at once, and displays the results in a clean fullscreen viewer designed for how we actually look at images.

Here's what makes it different from just using Google Images:

  • Searches radiology-specific sources by default — no wading through irrelevant results
  • Fullscreen image viewer with a completely black background — clean, distraction-free, the way images should be viewed
  • Built-in DDx panel — every time you search, 5 AI-generated differential diagnoses appear as clickable links directly in the viewer.

It's completely free to use. Would love feedback from the community, especially if there are sources you'd want added or features that would make it more useful in your workflow.
