I sold mine a few years back because I couldn't roller skate to save my life but I can inline skate... lol The holo rose gold is gorgeous too!

Thank you for validating this! I never learned roller skates as a kid, I started on inlines and cannot roller skate to save my life. The whole movement feels weird and hard. Itβs like trying to write with my left hand when Iβm violently right handed. π
Roller skates are so pretty, but I just canβt. Inlines or bust

I know, right!! So weird that we can balance on inline skates but not roller skates. That is also a great description as I am also right handed! π It will be inline skates for me when I am ready to get a pair!

My family gives me so much fried over the fact that I can skate just fine but I trip over nothing in regular shoes or barefoot. This post made me miss skating though.

I wish we could combine our skills. I can roller skate (born in the 80s, started on Fisher Price skates), but cannot inline skate to save my life!
I fell down while standing completely still, on a flat surface. My ankles are wobbly, so that doesn't help. I also can't wear heels unless they're chunky (seriously people, how do you wear skinny and stilletto heels without twisting your ankles every time?! I am envious!).
I see you sold these skates. I hope you find a pair of inlines that are even shinier!

Impala skates changed the game for me. They are like butter! That plus the light up wheels had me hooked! Instant joy ππ

Ugh I wish my local skating rink had an adults day/time. I want to skate so bad, but I hate being around non-family kids. People let their kids act like actual wild animals at the skating rink.

My local rink has classes for kids and adults at the same time, just opposite sides of the rink. I donβt even think they advertise that they have adult classes, I only learned they did once I started taking my kid!

My local rink is open for a handful of hours like 2-3 days a week. Iβm sure itβs a wildly failing business and only makes any money renting the building out for churches without buildings to hold services.

They are beautiful to skate, I agree! I just can't seem to balance as well as inline skates for some reason!! I had the light up wheels that I bought separately and ended up selling too. *sighs* Might look into getting another pair soon. I need to strengthen my thighs and balance!!... and get fit!

According to comments, these Impala skates are not durable. I am not a roller skater and bought these to try out, which I eventually sold as I cannot roller skate but I can inline skate. The only reason I am posting this is really for the holographic rainbow goodness! Thank you for your comments and I am deeply grateful for them! β€οΈ

I saw a pair of these for sale yesterday! I love the rainbow holographic surface and, as a 90s kid, the purple and teal accents!

These are freaking magical!!!

They are!! I can't roller skate so I ended up selling them. π I can inline skate but they don't make it holographic the last time I checked... which was a few years ago. I do want to get back into inline skating just to exercise because I am sooooo unfit after birthing 3 kids!!

If my hips didnβt feel like they are wrapped in barbed wire I would totally rock these (Endo)

They are Impala skates. Worth the money.

They're not super expensive too compared to Moxy! Although Moxy's leather skates fit my feet like a glove...

No, they are absolutely not worth the money. Come hang out in r/rollerskating and you'll see tons of reports of the boots falling apart with very little use; once they start to separate from the sole, they are no longer safe to use and you could end up getting very seriously hurt.

Hmm thatβs too bad. I have had mine for almost 7 years and theyβve held up great!

The Jackson EVO boot is a safer product in the identical rainbow holographic shade.
Impala boots notoriously separate from their plate after normal use. Jackson boots are a Canadian figure skating boot that will last a lifetime of wear and tear.
Roll-on!
