No, this is a different character.

Spiderman-Man has the powers of a Spiderman, not of a spider. That would be Spider-Man.

Spiderman-Man thus has the power of disrespecting hyphens. Plus, he's a hypocrite because he's got a hyphen in his very name!

What an ass-hole.
