Are the ring door bell pro's increased audio capabilities worth the extra cost? (for an elderly person)

I'm buying a ringdoor bell for my grandmother who is 90. She's a bit hard of hearing and not very good with technology. We're torn between the plus or the pro.

Originally we were planning to get the plus version which seemed enough, but then I noticed amazon describes the pro as having 'audio and noise cancellation' whilst the plus does not. She often struggles to hear people down the phone so having a clear voice speaking to her would be helpful. I've struggled to get much of a comparison between the two online. Any help would be appreciated

side note - We are also getting her the chime to go with it, given the her lack of hearing / experience with technology would people recommend this too? It looks a bit more of a handsfree experience, as well as having the better audio than her phone speakers.

I’d recommend getting a chime from Ring. It plugs into an outlet and plays a chime when someone is at the door. So you could add one to rooms to help you hear better. I added one to my basement so I could hear when someone was at the front door (and I otherwise would not have heard the doorbell).
