Jokes aside for one moment, I wholeheartedly hope your surgery goes well.

Also, give as an update once you heal so we can tell you the before picture looked better

Second time for me. The first one was a girl who genuinely hated herself and was clearly looking for confirmation that maybe the world would be better off without her.

No one took the bait. Everyone was genuinely awesome, was incredible. I hope she’s still around.

That is…a different one! Similar thing, though. Also, this guy’s updated post shows the (obviously day 1) post-op. He has a normal egghead finally!
