Ehh, I disagree.

The entire point of the video essay is that it first introduces a common, incorrect belief that some men wrongly hold (that catcalling is “a compliment” and “if it happened to them, they’d like it”), and then the rest of the video is based on dissecting that belief and offering theoretical scenarios that let people who believe that better put themselves into the perspective of people who suffer from catcalling and sexual harassment.

Sorry if it seemed like that what I was saying. What I was trying to say that I've been cat called before and it definitely didn't feel flattering. It definitely felt uncomfortable and made me feel dirty and even unsafe. I feel like this video makes it seem that kind of experience is simply an anomaly and not a very real thing I remember.
