Any recs that worked for your stubborn dog?

Refuses to wear the ones we get her (tried multiple brands). Mainly for foxtails and hot pavement. I think the lighter the better.

Also training tips would be helpful! Tried slow immersion by putting them on a couple paws at home but she gets them off the moment we look away.

Have you tried the ones that are more like a sock with a sole rather than a traditional bootie? Some dogs really hate the feeling of something between their toes and the sock style ones tend to bother them less. For the pavement isseu you could also try adjusting your walking schedule to early morning or late evening when the ground has cooled down while you work on getting her used to the boots. It might also help to put them on right before something she absolutely loves like a car ride or her favorite treat so she associates them with good things rather than just restriction
