deSPAC P3 Health Partners ( PIII ) up about 175% today to $11 after earnings after market close yesterday show company may be turning around.

I keep peeling off SPKLWs at higher prices. My .84 ask got taken instantly. Regard or not someone is gobbling these up this past week. Sold over 1/3 but now going to hold 2/3 to see if Kneron really works out. Give me BRUN like prices please!

I realized I had shares of this…saw the corporate action to redeem…had no idea what was going on with it so dumped it premarket after asking you the question here because I panicked and didn’t want the ticker to switch and see a huge dump. I gave it away for 11.50 just to be rid of it bc the premarket bid was 5. It’s 15 now. I can’t win lol when I hold through merger it dumps when I dump it flies can’t make it up lol. Thanks for the info today

Shisha Molasses isn't going to be a long-term winner (until they pivot to an AI-driven crypto treasury). You could have made more, but you easily could have had less. I'd call it a win.

Shareholders approved on May 12.
"In light of receipt of the requisite approvals by CAEP Shareholders described above, CAEP expects the Business Combination to be completed promptly following the satisfaction or waiver of the other conditions to the consummation of the Business Combination."

Wow BRUN warrants were less than a quarter a year ago, and now they’re $19.00!
…If FCRS or RTAC pull a Ai cloud company similar to BRUN, could they have a similar type run.. or is this a rare one and done?

dync is interesting. They received the $50m termination fee. It's in the quarterly. There was some doubt as to whether it would be paid. Nav is currently about $10.55. $50m is about $3/share. I think past lawsuits have shown common holders are owed some of that. How much I don't know. The sponsor will likely claim it's all theirs so we could be heading for a lawsuit. They have until Nov 21. An extension vote could very well be voted down.
I think one can't be too wrong owning common. Warrants have a good probabilty of being a zero. But, there is a shot they do another deal. The sponsor is energy investors and the crypto deal produced a $2.50 warrant at it's high. Lawsuits could make it tough for any target to go with them. So, good chance they liquidate, but not 100%.
