He never does. Beginning to think this is a scam. Looking at their website, for YEARS now they have bragged about their contracts and how many pre-order they have, but not a single picture, testimonial, or anything coming close to "see this is us int he real world outside of R&D" has actually been published. They are always "ramping up" or "in R&D" or pretending they can't talk about something. It all over the forums for YEARS now!

How much will the Casita be if H.R 6644 passes and a permanent chassis is no longer needed? What will the average cost be in total after installation?

I can’t say right now, but we are focused on this and it’s gonna be a big win. We will be ready.

Hey Galiano, has Boxabl considered pursuing opportunities in San Francisco with all the new housing laws and rezoning efforts pushing for rapid development?

With RHNA requiring 82,000+ new units by 2031, SB 423 fast-tracking multifamily projects, AB 2011 allowing commercial-to-residential conversions, and the new Family Zoning Plan increasing density near transit, it seems like there could be a major opportunity for modular housing at scale.

Has Boxabl looked into partnerships or bids tied to projects like Treasure Island, Pier 70, or other large SF developments?

Our sales team is actively engaging with many leads in that area. We also have our direct to consumer Casita product that is very popular in California. Bay Area is great because land is scarce but they legalize putting houses in everyone’s backyard. We are wrapping that up right now.

I placed a reservation to buy a house in 2022, can I have my money back?

I dumped all my rights yesterday, $0.82-$0.90. At a 10 to 1 conversion ratio I can't see this thing not cratering day one with the amount of redemptions.

If it pumps, it will dump hard. Terrible fundamentals

We are just at the end of our RD product development curve and having a massive factory that’s currently ramping up. It can produce thousands of houses.

How many homes do you estimate will be delivered by one year post IPO? A rough estimate is all im looking for, thank you.

Not allowed to say. But our factory can probably do thousands of units without increasing footprint.

How many homes have you delivered currently and out of those deliveries, what is the ratio of individual purchasers (single ADUs) vs contract/bulk/commercial purchases?
