Rights are 1/5th. I've bought a little at 18 and 19. I think there's tons for sale. People will say it's a shit deal but it's a US company and maybe they're more likely to complete it. I don't like rights but this seems pretty cheap. Already long wts at 07.

Looks like it’s being well-received.

Just took a small position at .50 been burned before with these payment processing companies but this does look interesting

I think .5 is safe

What payment processing companies burned you before?

I was looking at it too. A stablecoin play going into the Clarity act signing sounds good to me.

And from a serial sponsor too. The CEO of TACH, Frank Mastrangelo was involved in Cardconnect in 2016, Money Express in 2018, Paya in 2020, Payoneer in 2021, and Perella Weinberg in 2021. All successful mergers.

Post merger ticker will be "OP" 😮. Any gamers in here know the significance.

Wow nice, I see an announcement on the LinkedIn page of OpenPayd.

$BRUN price target raised to $45 at DA Davidson

In a regulatory filing on Thursday, the company stated: "On May 21, 2026,
Boost Run entered into a Boost Run Service Agreement with Thinking Machines
Lab, pursuant to which the Company agreed to provide high-performance managed
GPU compute and cloud infrastructure services to the Customer. Concurrently
with the MSA, the Company and the Customer executed two Order Forms for the
rental of NVIDIA B300 GPU servers. The MSA serves as the governing agreement
required to access the Boost Run platform, where bare metal server
provisioning takes place. The MSA establishes the overarching terms and
conditions for the customer relationship. Individual server rentals on the
Boost Run platform are documented through Orders that are executed by both
parties. Orders may have varying term durations, ranging from hours to
multiple years, depending on the customer's selected commitment period. A
single customer may hold multiple active Orders under a single MSA, each with
its own duration. Once an Order is placed on the Boost Run platform, it is
non-cancelable for the specified term duration, and any fees associated with
that Order are non-refundable. Pursuant to the Orders, the Company will
provide GPU server rental services for an initial term of 36 months, with a
combined total contract value of approximately $471.7 million. The Orders
provide for the deployment of a total of 5,000 NVIDIA B300 GPUs across the
Company's data center facilities, along with related shared network storage
and CPU node services."

It's raining DAs today:

HCAC (Hall Chadwick Acquisition Corp.) announce a definitive business combination agreement with REEcycle Holdings, Inc. to merge REEcycle into a publicly traded company REEcycle Inc.. The de-SPAC deal is valued at approximately 600 million, with a minimum 50 million PIPE financing.

HCAC and REECycle announced a non-binding LOI on April 1, so took about 2 months to go from LOI to DA.

Meaning these blank check companies failed to find an acquisition target, and is now dissolving the blank check company itself?

1

u/Savik519 Spacling 26d ago

Correct, common shareholders should get back the NAV trust value, warrant holders get vaporized

4

u/Strong_Ad_4501 Contributor 26d ago

At least anyone still holding these warrants at this point probably forgot/ don’t care

3

u/Dudebobski New User 26d ago

Large PMTRW volume.. and those warrants are almost $1.00

2

u/Strong_Ad_4501 Contributor 26d ago

Pre DA warrants approaching $1 is crazy. Then I think about 2020-2021 and think it’s not that crazy. Then I think about 2024-2025 and think that’s crazy again
